We offer a product only refund (minus any shipping), within 30 days of your order. Anything past 30 days will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.

No returns or exchanges on bundles/deals/discounts.

Returns must be sent back in its original packing, including cap and box. Please safely secure your package when sending an item back and secure a return tracking number.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. Please be sure to include your packaging slip when making a return. If slip is lost, please include your contact information: order number, name and email address.
